Wash-Bay Water Treatment
In addition to company-wide efficiency measures, our rental equipment is cleaned using a state-of-the-art wash bay water treatment system designed to reduce environmental impact and support compliance in equipment maintenance operations. Our wash bay facility is engineered to capture, filter, and treat wastewater generated from equipment cleaning — removing sediments, oils, and contaminants before reuse or safe discharge.
By recycling and properly treating wash water, we help reduce freshwater consumption, minimize runoff risks, and support cleaner job-site operations.

Repurposing & Stewardship
Where possible, SEMI repurposes items no longer in use for our standard fleet. One example: we partner with local farmers and ranchers, providing worn-out solid rubber tracks for agricultural needs such as low-road crossings on land, flooring in barns, and garden use for produce.
